[Resolved] PayUMoney — Archaeological Survey Of India Payment successful, ticket not generated

I was booking 5 tickets(foreigners) Taj Mahel on 12/09/2022. from asi.pyumoni.com - 10403.45 rs. was deducted from my card but tickets not generated and message displayed that monet will be refinded in 48-72 hours. but i still not received money yet... i reported this to payumoney ticket id CE[protected]. it has been more that 1 month but i am yet to receive refund.
