I purchased asi entry ticket from asi website but ticket was not generated after debiting my account. I had not received any mail, message or notification. I had to pay the entry fee by cash. Now i wish to know the status but nowhere transaction history is available in website. Though regeneration option is there, but it didn't resend the ticket to mail. Even there is no option to lodge complain in the web.
