PayUMoney — BBMP Property Tax Payment through PayU

I have paid my Bengaluru Property Tax for 2 properties via PayU gateway. At that time the payment status said: "Payment Transition" and now it says "Validity Expired". But my account has been debited
for the same. However BBMP says the payment is not made and hence I am unable to download the receipt.
Please check and confirm.
