[Resolved] PayUMoney — bbmp property tax via payumoney

I have made a transation to pay bbmp for property tax for 2016-17, i used net banking option and made the transaction after it took me from bank page to merchant site it showed the transaction failed but amount inr 5477 debited from my account and is not credited back yet. Tried to call customer care of payu money but not response.

I have made payment of Rs1130 using payu money gateway and it displayed at that moment that payment is successful and amount got deducted from my account but the money has not reached to the destination(MADE EASY INSTITUTE).PAYMENT ID IS[protected]. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER ITS URGENT.
