[Resolved]  PayUMoney — cheated me the item I purchased from the fraud website - http://homepay.in

On 3/9/2017 i ordered a Nokia 2280 mobile body from their website.i made

the payment through Payu Checkout.The amount of rs.354 including

shipping charge was deducted from my bank account.I got a successful

order confirmation mail.But the mail looked a bit doubtful to me.

On 4/9/2017 i got the mail which i m posting below from payumoney.

I mailed them twice regarding this issue but they didn't reply.neither their

phone numbers are working and valid.then i searched about their suspicious

website in google and the reviews i read r they have cheated other people as

well the same way, neither refunded them, nor they send the item purchased

ever.i request payumoney to immediately take action against this and refund

the deducted money back to me or else ask this website owners to send me

the item since they r the merchant website through which i made the

payment.

i have seen numerous fraud records registered against their selling id in

EBAY INDIA.almost most of the items they sold r claimed by buyers.
