PayUMoney — CM9004-Duplicate record with payu

I am completing payment on FOXY shopping application on 29 sept 2020. For rs 271.00 payment via payu using rupay debit card, it showed cm90004-duplicate record and rs 271.00 was deducted from my account. I attached screenshot.

This is first time when i start shopping from FOXY.

I am very tensed as the amount have already been deducted but the registration was not done.

Please refund my money today if possible or get me registered for the product.
