Complaint made by Merchant ID 7247014 I have submitted all the documents asked by you while I was starting my business. After the approval was given by you only, I have integrated payumoney with my website. First 26 transactions were settled smoothly. From 27th transaction onwards till now the 67th transaction (Total - 41 transactions), you have not settled the amount. I was trying to contact over toll free number or any landline number. Nothing is available. Moreover, the automated chat tells that your account is on hold and I cannot proceed further. I got a mail from you to send the Invoice copy and proof of delivery of few PayUIDs. Those documents were submitted to you. On 05.08.2021, you have asked for few more days to resolve the problem. On 06.08.2021, I got a mail from you stating that you are not supporting my line of business and telling that you are going to refund the amount to the customers who have already received the items from me. How can I get the amount back from them at this stage? I have just now started my business and all my funds are blocked by you. 1. If you are not supporting my business, why you have allowed my business to get integrated. 2. You have smoothly settled the first 26 transactions. How did you do that? 3. If you would have informed this initially, I would have made some other (payment gateway) alternative. 4. Even on 04.08.2021, you have asked me to provide service to the customer for the PayU Id: [protected] stating that it was a successful transaction. Moreover I was allotted GST Number stating my business as trader of Indian Coins and Stamps (Numismatics – the term mentioned by GST Council). For dealing with them, 5% GST is fixed by the GST Council. It is a legal business also. If you not supporting my business, you settle all the amount held by you to me for which I have already done the service to the customer. As informed by our team, we do not support the line of business you are dealing in. We will not be able to process your settlement hence We can refund this transaction back to its source (Customer account) after TDR deduction, and the same shall reflect in the respective account within 3-5 working days.
