[Resolved] PayUMoney — credit card charged after redirected to pay from ola app. but no credit to account | |||
Payu money has always been problematic for me. I tried to put 500 into my ola account. Was redirected to payu. I tried the transaction twice both times i was charged but my ola account not credited. This is the worst payment gateway and i sincerely request big companies to switch to a better one. Verified Support Mar 08, 2018 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi, Your payment via TXN id [protected] is failed. We have not received any funds for the same at our end. Banks generally take 7 to 10 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) to refund the amount back to the customer's source account. We appreciate your patience in the interim.
