PayUMoney — Didn't get transaction mail from PayUmoney

Dear payumoney team,

I had made a transaction of rs 7500/- through payumoney, the transaction was successful, but i did not receive the receipt of the same on my registered email id.
The transaction details are as below:-
Transaction id:[protected]
Transaction amount:-rs 7500/-
Transaction date:-05/08/2020

Since i have to submit the receipt of above in my college for recoupment purpose, it is requested to kindly provide me the receipt.
