Dear payumoney team, I had made a transaction of rs 2752.48/- through payumoney, the transaction was successful, but i did not receive the receipt of the same on my registered email id. The transaction details are as below:- Transaction id:[protected] Transaction amount:-rs 2752.48/- Transaction date:-20/05/2021 Since i have to have to get the merchant id to download my form from ruhs website and submit in the college within 3 days, it is requested to kindly provide me the receipt it is very very urgent. help asap. Please note that this is a successful transaction via PayU Id - [protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id[protected] in order to get the status at their end.
PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives a refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues.
