PayUMoney — DIshTv recharge payment transferred, but not still updated.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I paid INR 370 for DishTv recharge of our account number[protected] on 04/01/2022 vide bank reference no.[protected] through HDFC Bank netbanking from my saving bank account number [protected] and the payment was transferred to PAYUMONEY gateway merchant someone Mr. Anil Kumar as the bank says. Actually the payment hasn't been transferred to our Dishtv account till now.
Therefore you are requested to resolve my grievance to get my money refunded, as soon as possible. I am attaching here with this application the screenshot of that transaction .
