PayUMoney — Dispute against transaction

Hi, i paid to classystore merchant using payumoney, they provided payumoney payment request link. Merchant was fraud they betrayed us in delivering product. I an writing this to you to provide my money, marking merchant as a fraud. Please provide my refund. Merchant never responded. Kindly take action & refund us.
