PayUMoney — Exceptionally Poor customer service and Illegal transaction

I used PayU service to pay a bill for BPMS management service using my debit card. Initially I get a successful transaction message and then I get an email that the transaction is failed. This generated the first transaction ID. I tried another time and generated another transaction id as successful. This time I did not get any email about any failure. Two days later I get two payment receipt. One was with the same transaction ID as my second transaction but another receipt was another transaction ID that I never made. I was supposed top pay one time but they withdrew twice from my account, although, merchant has not received any of the payments yet. I contacted customer service multiple times but closed multiple ticket without doing anything. They do not even read the content. My email is [protected]@hotmail.com

[protected] was the original transaction but as per your email that it failed. Then I did another transaction[protected]. But who did this transaction[protected] as I never did this? This is a fraudulent transaction and your company is responsible for this fraudulent transaction. Why are you guys not answering the question and closing the ticket? Your company should be penalized for performing illegal transaction. I want my money should be immediately refunded and you are responsible for contacting the merchant not me. Your company is nothing but has been headache all along. I am not going to leave you guys alone until I get my money back. Shame on Pay4u.

Can you stop asking the same information again and again.? I have shared with you 3 transaction ids that your system has generated. I have even provide the ticket Id that you guys closed without any resolution. Can you cut this terrible service and provide me with your phone number so that I can talk to someone to sort this out. What a terrible company? For the last 10 days you asking the same questions that has been answered many times.

I had provided all the information at this site https://help.payu.in/ which is absolutely useless. I had this ticket AG[protected] that was closed without any resolution. Get all the details under this ticket. Why do you guys have head office phone numbers on your web site when no one ever picks up the phone? Tell idiot Nitin Gupta that he is running a screwed-up and fraudulent company. I am a NRI customer and will flood social media site with your terrible customer service information so that Indian or NRI should ever use your service as you are a completely fraud company with absolutely a terrible customer service. If you care then provide me with your phone number and I can share all the details 10th time. It is a nightmare to deal with your company. You are absolutely providing a bad name to India on international level.

PayUMoney Customer Care's response
Hi,

We apologize for the hassle.

Please note that this is a successful transaction via Payment Id[protected],[protected] &[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.
For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - BpmsParklandPlotsNew[protected], BpmsParklandPlotsNew[protected] & BpmsParklandPlotsNew[protected] in order to get the status at their end.

PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, hence any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only.

Please contact your bank to raise a chargeback against your transaction/s if the concerned merchant is not providing the services/refund.

First of all, you should read your previous comments where you could not even recognize payment ids and now you are claiming all three payments are successful. Let me correct you the first payment id was unsuccessful as you can find the error email you sent me as below:

"Your transaction with Business Park Maintenance Services Pvt Ltd Account Park Elite Plots Faridabad on[protected] has failed

Dear Buyer

We noticed that your transaction with Business Park Maintenance Services Pvt Ltd Account Park Elite Plots Faridabad has failed.

Following are the transaction details:

Merchant Name Business Park Maintenance Services Pvt Ltd Account Park Elite Plots Faridabad

Payment Amount 1204.82

Payment Id [protected]

Merchant Website/Store https://www.payumoney.com/webfront/index/BpmsParklandPlotsNew

Date/Time of Payment [protected]:55:56.0

Failure Reason Transaction Dropped

This was an error as copied from your email and the same has been forwarded to your office multiple times. I had to make only one time payment to the merchant. After receiving the failure notification of payment id[protected] as shown above, I attempted again and processed the payment id[protected]. I never created a payment id[protected] as this was done fraudulently by you guys. This clearly tells that you are lying on public forum and try to hide your own screw-ups. How could you claim that all three payment ids were successful while you send a failure transaction notification and the merchant has possibly received two payments and not three? You are responsible for this issue and liable for reversal. Do not tell me for charge back with my bank while you fraudulently debited my account and collected the fee and have been causing inconviennace for the last two weeks. You guys should shut down your business as you do not believe in running an honest and ethical business.

Did you even read my last comment and many other times as you are continuously sending a useless response? How could you claim that all transactions were successfully while you sent me an error email that I copied in my last response? You are blaming me and your merchant for your illegal transactions. You are completely responsible for illegal and fraudulent transaction as merchant is using your portal and as a customer you sent me failed transaction message. Are you telling me that you successfully debited money for the first transaction and sent me an error message indicating a dropped transaction? How did you create the third transaction as that was not initiated by me? I have the exact timings of two transactions - one was failed and other was successful. Instead of easting time here where you have not provided a response that could be trusted, ask your screwed up executive team member to pick up the phone and talk with me. It is quite evident that your company is proving an absolutely terrible, disgusting and disgrace customer service. Do not blame your merchant who has provided you this business and customer who you have charged fee for fraudulent transaction. Shame on Nitin to run a such a terrible company.

Absolutely a terrible company who is providing the same useless response. In some responses you state that all three transactions were successful and now you are referring two transactions were successful. You have been providing an inconsistent and misleading information again and again on public information. Aren't you guys ashamed of running a fraudulent company? You guys have remitted the money to merchant illegally so you are responsible for refund. Now you want me to run around with merchant and bank. What a terrible business are you running?

The original transaction was done on March 7th and I got a message from your company that the transaction dopped/failed. I did another transaction on March 8th and this appeared to be successful as I did not receive any failure notification. Afterwards, you created another transaction for March 8th that I never did. Merchant was supposed to get one payment but you end up sending twice and my bank account was debited twice. Same information, I have been providing again and again as part of tickets opened up with PayU but you keep asking the same crap repeatedly. I have never dealt with any other worst company than yours on the planet as the Left hand does not know what the Right hand is doing. You have exhibited again and again exceptionally poor customer service and you believe in closing the tickets without resolution. I must have reopened the ticket 5-7 times. I do not even know how you are running such a terrible business.
I had raised a ticket AG[protected] that was opened and re-opened multiple times without any resolution and now your screwed up company has closed the ticket and call it successful while I have not received any resolution. You guys are absolutely a fraudulent company. Your online support is the worst and you should have a phone number for a live agent. You guys are nothing but scam. This has been going on for 9 days. What exactly you guys are doing? I have never dealt with more frustrating company and you call it yours is a customer friendly company. PayU is the most customer unfriendly company.
