PayUMoney — Extreme delay in payment Settlement

Would like to bring to your attention that as per the agreement the settlements are not happening in my account for some or the other reasons which are not told to me.
I have been asked to provide the proofs of purchase, sale and delivery which are promptly supplied and yet I am receiving the message that the case is complicated and resolution will take time.
For your company 86 thousand might not be a significant sum of amount but for a small company like mine it is a very big amount.
My entire cashflow is disturbed because of the same.
If you are unable to process the settlement please give specific reasons and refund the money to the source with immediate effect.
