[Resolved] PayUMoney — failed irctc transaction, amount not credited to bank

On 09.02.18 i tried to book train tickets from hwh to kpd through transaction i'd [protected] by irctc, my booking was not completed but the amount of rs.2040 + bank charges are debited from my sbi a/c.
It's 13.02.18 is already over but the same amount are not refund till now. Please let me know when ii will get back my money.

• PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I am using SBI Cash plus shopping card payment to nexmoney app through PAYU, transaction is not successfully but (1770 Rs.) Money has been deducted in my account SBI Ac. My PAYU approving number is POS 80400732. plz provide my txn no. or refund my money to my bank Ac.
