[Resolved] PayUMoney — failed transaction but money deducted | |||||
Hi, I made a payment on 28th may 2018 for rs. 2065.41/-, to flavourella.com the transaction failed but the amount is deducted from my account. I contacted the bank they said to wait if it is not refunded by a week raise a complaint at payment gateway service provider (Payumoney). It still shows in my dashboard that the transaction is successful and the merchant says he did not receive the money. Kindly help to sort out this transaction.
