[Resolved]  PayUMoney — failed transaction money not credited to my payumoney account

Hi,

There is a transaction with amounts of 1490 which show as failed transactions on app and website but the amount in not credited still. Please find the transaction numbers:

1490 —[protected]

I have raised complaint on website and app many times but, with little success.

There are other transactions of 217, 207 and 100 rs which also are under dispute. I cannot provide u the transaction ids as they are not shown on your wallet now.

It will be very good if we have call support from payumoney.

I booked ticket on ircrtc.co.in costing amount of 770 on 19/10/2017. The bank was jalgaon peapole co-operative bank ltd debit card and payment gateway was payu money. The transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. How and when will i recover my amount.

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at care@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -

• PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• First six and last four digits of the card (In case transaction is processed via Credit/Debit Card).
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• UPI / VPA if any used
