PayUMoney — fees remitted, acknowledgement mail received but not reflecting in the transaction details of payumoney

Dear sir/madam,
I have paid the school fees for my son favoring sindhi model senior secondary school, kilpauk, chennai -10 for rs.8330/- and got an email confirmation details as below.

Dear buyer
Thank you for paying with payumoney. Your payment has been successfully processed. For any queries, please contact us here
Merchant name: sindhi model school order amount: rs 8330.00
Payment id:[protected]
Merchant order id: sindhi[protected]

Still the term fees on the website shows unpaid. I have raised a query from the website (No other option available) on 13-oct-2017 and received an auto response mail stating that the query will be resolved in 3-4 days.
There is no update till date, not sure if they would even respond. Appreciate if you would forward the complaint to get this issue resolved.
