This is to inform you that 1 of my customer has taken service from us and he has made the final payment amount of rs 16195 with transaction id[protected] on payu money payment gateway on my website www.mytraveltalkies.com on 30th june 2018,
On august 11th 2018 i have received an email from payu money for chargeback request as customer may want to take chance to get his money back.
Same day i have sent the invoice of service taken by customer to payu money but i didnt get any response from there end.
Now when i made a call back request on pay money on this issue there representative said me that this chargeback request is made in customer favour.
I dont know why, i already submitted the documents and bill of service taken by customer. I am suffering from big loss now due to this issue.
Please take mandatory action against this issue.

Greetings from PayUmoney!As informed earlier, the bank has rejected the submitted documents and closed the case in the customer's favour. Also note, PayU only submit the documents on the merchant's behalf to the bank. However, the final decision on the chargeback cases depends upon the bank only. We appreciate your business with us.

Please note that this is still a successful TXN via PayUmoney Payment Id - 218799337 at our end, and we have not received any refund for the same.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - 106770000024145 in order to get the status at their end.

Amount not credited in my bank account by payunow and their app status is showing amount deposited in my bank account. Their customer support is very pathetic.

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at care@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I have submitted all the relevent documents to payu money including customer Final bill, his hotel bill, his Hotel Vouchers. which shows you that customer has taken the service from us and for that only he is doing the payment .
I dont know how bank has rejected our documents or what documents bank want .
It was a very bad experience for me with Payu Money . Thank God it was just 16K ...
Never Recommended to any one .
