[Resolved] PayUMoney — Fraud transaction through payumoney website

Dear sir/madam,

I have purchased some products from http://www.myrationstore.com and there customer care no. Is not working and merchant support email - [protected]@myrationstore.com is not functional. No product was delivered.

How can payumoney allow such company as seller? The payment is at payumoney dashboard so please refund my balance in my wallet. So far i have not released the fund from payumoney. Why there is oftion to release? Details: payment description pkl[protected] merchant transaction indentifier 4525c6f37ad52f0ea9b7 source ref id: [protected]. Please don't pass merchant email id. If it would be real then there phone number and email address written on their website would be working.,

Reason : fraud

Even there is no contact no. To address issues on payumoney website. How a business without contact no. Is running under govt. Of india.
