Dear sir Payumoney is allowing payment of fake site ezeephone.com. Ezeephone.com is selling phone and tablets on internet. There is no confirmation of order on ezeephone.com. Ezeephone.com contact number and email ids are fraud. Getting failed email message. I ordered one tablet of rs 3999.20 on 12th June 2020, payment processed through payumoney. Both ezeephone.com and payumoney are doing fraud together. Please help me to get my refund. Was this information helpful? | |
Jun 22, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved No complaint was not resolved, they call me on Tuesday 16-6-2020 and told me that will receive my order in 2 or 3 days but product was not delivered till now. I have tried today (22-6-2020) to call back to number (+91 8447027954) from which I got call but number was not working. PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
