I filed police complaint/FIR on-

Order cancelled by me by contacting customer care number on 20 August 2021 (same day it was placed). But they did not send any confirmation. Then when police told them to refund money, they sent confirmation email for refund on 28 August 2021. They told that money will be credited back in my IDFC First Bank account which was used for payment. But refund has not been credited.

Chargeback Form submitted and Fraudulent Investigation initiated with IDFC First Bank on 22 August 2021 but they have not been able to get money back.

I saw in Google that the office address is showing name and phone number of one shop for which I have attached screenshot.

I want my money Rupees 15236.16 back.

As per our reports, the transaction is claimed by Merchant Acquiring Bank with service request number [protected].

They have told that payment has been reversed/refunded to same payment method that was used for payment. I have already attached screenshot in complaint for reversal/refund.

When I contacted them to know why refund has not been credited in my IDFC First Bank Account, their reply-

"Reversal/refund was done from our end and amount is with payu.in (PayU) which was gateway between IDFC First Bank and trademeshop.com. You need to contact payu.in (PayU) if not credited yet. We have already sent email confirmation for reversal/refund on 28 August 2021."

Updated by Inspection Team PayUMoney (also known as payu.in and PayUbiz) has not credited refund in my IDFC First Bank account till now. 21 days have passed since the refund was processed.
