PayUMoney — Fraud/scam

I made a payment of Rs. 1195.95 via payumoney gateway to site WWW.loungelives.com Transaction ID- S52942395
dated 25th April 2021
Got to know this site is running a major scam by taking payments in advance and never delivering the products. they contacted me and told me my order got cancelled and in order to get refund I have to download AnyDesk App (I was AWARE of this app & Teamviewer which gives REMOTE ACCESS to your device to anybody you share the 9 or 12 Digit SECURITY NUMBER with)
This merchant was trying to drain my bank account but I hung up on him. I cant believe Payu is promising its clients a safe gateway but aren't even verifying such ###. I want a REFUND immediately & I want PAYU to take RESPONSIBILITY and BLOCK this Payment channel.

Please note that this is a successful transaction via PayU Id - [protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.
For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - [protected] in order to get the status at their end.

Updated by kirti2193 But the merchant is a SCAMMER! I just narrated the whole thing how he tried to dupe me further in the name of refund. Asking my bank balance, wanting details of my bank account, etc. Multiple complaints from multiple people have been filed against lounge lives and you want me to talk to them? Guess what? Good luck finding any contacts on their website, they're unreachable!! I want my refund back to my source account

Updated by kirti2193 You cannot blatantly ask me to ask your fraud merchant who's ID isn't even visible in the message you typed and the one you didn't even care to verify!! I'm going through this mental harassment and losing money and all you can do is dodge responsibility and accountability? In regard to refund please contact merchant? What is wrong with you?

Actually something is fishy in PayUmoney thus they not helping costumers instead they are saving the fraudulent site owners as I requested to only provide me account details. But PayUmoney support executives taken commissions from frauds so not interested in helping anymore
