As i paid amount via payu portal but merchandise is not responded and contact number also not available for the merchant. i raised the ticket on payu help, my ticket number is CE[protected] after a two days they closed my ticket without any update about my complaint. i want a refund amount or my ordered product. I dont know how can payu team make a unauthorised mechandise payment
