[Resolved] PayUMoney — fraudulent transaction done through payumoney

I am an sbi credit card holder, i am shocking to see that as on 01st may 2018, fraudulent transaction was done on my credit card for an amount of 3863 rupees. That too without otp authentication. I need those details by whom and what for it was intended. Kindly reverse the amount to me at the earliest

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at [protected]@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

Updated by Vinwin1000 I already posted in my request that those transaction is done without my knowledge. Then how do I know which email I'd would have been used for fraudulent transaction.i already mentioned my card number and attached the transaction statement indicated the amount ND date. Kindly ask meaning ful question

I had one transaction for Electricity bill and its debited by my account.
as per transaction details are under following mentioned.
Transaction ID- [protected] IGADLOBFJ5
Date & Time - 04.05.2018, 12.59 PM.
