Hi, I have been trying to make an online payment for building plan sanction since last afternoon. Amount 10, 440. 2 unsuccessful attempts yesterday where the money was deducted from my account but not credited into bbmp file. Raised a complaint with my bank hdfc they said the transaction is clear. Tried twice again today and same problem repeated.
