Hi!

As checked, transaction via PayU id [protected] (bank reference number[protected] is already auto refunded on 13/02/2023 via ARN[protected]. It may take 7-10 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays) for funds to reflect in original mode of payment.

Please contact your issuing bank with the given ARN if you have not received the funds as per the mentioned timeline.
