[Resolved]  PayUMoney — I have not received my payment yet

I have not received the payment yet and the website name homshopdeal.com is saying this is a delay from payu team, and it has already been take more then 15 days to clear the payment and as per policies it hardly takes 2 working days to clear the payment.

If this is the scenerio - i want my refund

Dear Team,

I want full details for the same as Homshop company representative are saying that this delay is caused due to PayUmoney and due to Bank Holidays the payment is not made till yet. I want the full detials for the same as they are saying they have made the request for the second time also but Payment is not done and they told me that payment will be done in this week only and already 15 days are Over.

As per the standards and as per policy it hardly takes 2 working days to complete the transaction.

And I have been trying since morning i have been waiting and call disconnects after a time after holding a call, and i have been charged for that call.

So you want me to cal them over and over again because you do not have any answer for refund. You are just telling me the holidays What about the Business Working days which are gone and now see a new week has started from today. I just want information when i will be getting my amount.

I don't know how you are promoting your brand this way first you give a call 5 times a day to give promotion to a customer and when order is made the order is not deliver to the customer on time as per you commitment date, now yesterday i got a call regarding the new issue and payment will be done in 24-48 hrs, now your mail states 3-4 days for payment.
