[Resolved] PayUMoney — i haven't received, rs 60 000 in my merchant account | |||
Hi My merchant account with payumoney is 6994001. On 3rd april and 4th april three of my clients paid me money through payumoney with total amount rs60, 000. Transaction id[protected] rs30, 000 Transaction id[protected] rs12, 000 Transaction id[protected] rs18, 000 Initially it was put on hold and i was asked to submit the invoice, once i did that today, it is still on hold. This money is for the access to training. Please either refund back to my clients or transfer to my merchant bank account but keeping money with you is not acceptable. Its not your money. I have read so many negative reviews about payumoney so cant wait any longer. My clients are not able to understand the reason for delay when they are okay to give you any kind of confirmation. You can easily call them and confirm. If required, they will also followup with their credit card banks incase their amount is not either transferred to the merchant or refunded back to them. We are fine either way. Once refunded they can make payment using other gateways /methods and at least they can start the course and study in peace. They called me at my phone, not sharing the phone no bcz it was personal number.
They asked to get below mail sent by my clients to them along with their id cards and creadit acrd photos...Once my clients mailed...it got settled in just 30mins. So I think they played fair.

This is to confirm that I have received the services from the merchant 'Customize Analytics Trainings' and i am not going to raise a dispute or chargeback on these transactions in future.
The payumoney transaction id for Amount Rs 18, 000 is 312446346.
Please find my government id proof along with the copy of the credit card with the first 6 and the last 4 digits visible attached with this document
