[Resolved] PayUMoney — I m complaining about my transaction amount

I m shivam sahay mob no [protected]. I was booking my train reservation ticket through paymoney app unfortunately ticket was not booked but my transaction amount deducted from my account. Earlier we also booked train ticket pnr no [protected] and [protected] respectively ticket has been cancelled but i did not get my refund till the now apart from that another ticket was booked but amount has been deducted but ticket was not booked[protected]

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details via help.payu.in and our team will look into it.
• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
I am pay kanpur muncipal corporation bil paymant but payumoney system not open for paymant opetion against property identification no 5060blf04106001, kindly do necessary action.
