[Resolved] PayUMoney — I ordered a tshirt from a site and made a payment through payu and got scammed

I ordered a tshirt from luxurychoice.in and paid the amount online through payu but there was no status of my order even for several weeks so when i looked into the matter the website turned out to be fake and that i was not the first one to be scammed this way many more people have complained about it and i am shocked that no one has done anything about it this website should be banned and people should get back their money. When u order from the website it asks u to make the payment online to the account of NIKULKUMAR RAVATBHAI DER on payu.Please look into the fact that scammers are making accounts on payu and taking money . I would just like for my money to be refunded

Updated by shalinda i did try to contact the phone number[protected] on the website as well as the email [protected]@luxurychoice.in and both did not work turns out the whole site is fake that is why i reached out to you guys so i[censored] could please look into that and refund my money thatd be great yea

It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed and settled, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback with your issuing bank against this transaction.
