[Resolved] PayUMoney — indus forex failed transaction

I initiated a forex transfer on Indusforex website on 1st of march 2020. I paid the 5% upfront deposit of Rs 9635.64 using HDFC netbanking. Just when I was about to finish the system crashed and the transaction failed. However, soon after that I got confirmation from HDFC that the payment is done and my account was debited. I have attached the confirmation from bank statement below. But I haven't got any confirmation from Indusforex or PayU about the refund. and it has already been 10 days. Verified Support Mar 13, 2020 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi, We regret the inconvenience this may have caused you. As checked, the amount for above mentioned transaction has refunded on 12/03/2020 via ARN[protected].
