[Resolved] PayUMoney — irctc amount is not refunded to my account

I am Anugrah k John ..I have booked one ticket through IRCTC on Nov 19th..and cancelled it on 20th..the status shows that the amount is refunded to my account..but actually it doesn't..plz solve my problem.. below I am posting the screen shot of the transaction details...plz solve it..plz take it as necessary...why it is not refunded to my bank account..plz help..plz

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.

• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
