[Resolved] PayUMoney — irctc refund

I have booked a ticket on irctc website on dt 18.11.17 from my baroda rajasthan gramin bank debit card through payumpp option and i have cancelled the same ticket on dt 22.11.17 and when i check about refund money of the same ticket it is showing that this amount of 1355.00 has been refunded to bank name payumpp through refund id no [protected] on dated 23.11.17 as i have paid to irctc through transaction id no: [protected] so plz refund my amount in my concern account on priority.

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at [protected]@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -

• PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
