[Resolved] PayUMoney — issues regarding refund | |||
Hi, I made a transaction on Saturday July 7 2018 and the transaction got failed. I tried emailing for refund, but it is been 5 working days now, that I have received any updates regarding the refund or the refund to my bank. The customer helpline number just keeps on ringing no matter what time you call and though the email response says you would get a response within 2 working days, yet to receive a response.
