[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Keeping Merchant Account on Hold for not valid reasons

My PayU ID is [protected]
Around 25 transactions of my sales they have settled smoothly. From 5th July 2021 onward they are holding the amount for all transactions. Now only my small business has started picking up.
There is not even a single contact number available.
Also the 24*7 Chat is an automated system, where we cannot raise any of our grievances.
