PayUMoney — Laptop order

I have paid for a mini laptop on 26 March 2022, but there's isn't any clarity about the order and not even any sort of customer support or contact is mentioned, where and how the order should be tracked.

Updated by SVP@2712 Following is the screenshot shiwing the transaction id. The transaction was initiated on 23 March and yet the product isn't received hence request to refund the amount asap.
