[Resolved]  PayUMoney — make the payment of fees failure transaction not refund the amount

I am apply the bihar police selection application for my friends. One friend application processed in 25th august rs.520.80 was deducted from my account. But no password and application no. Not come because transaction error message shown. Transaction id [protected] applicant name :ramchandra mahto mobile no[protected]

Then another friend i am trying 28th august 2017 for processing the bihar police selection application rs.182.80 deducted from my account. But no password and application no. Not come because transaction error message shown. After same time i trying the processing the payment through cit bhogliwal gateway, ie also error message shown. But today 31.08.2017 i received the payment rs.182.80 from cit bhogliwal gateway. Applicant name : sunita kumari kisku, mob :[protected].

Pay u money payment gateway money rs.520.80 and 182.80 was still today 1.09.2017 not refund. How can get the refund. Pls help to get my money.

Its been 5 days, I make a transaction to fill my fees but amount is deduced from my account and fees could not paid off. Here is the payment ID:[protected]. I still dont get any refund in my bank account.
