I have to receive money for 3 transactions of worth rupees 47500/- which i have done on the same day. Request has made on 13th march 2019. Amount was supposed to credit in my bank account by 15th march 2019. But, status is showing as payment deposit on hold (Your payment deposit is currently on hold, contact us to resolve this). I have raised a ticket, sent nearly 30 emails to customer care and nodal officer. But, there is no single reply. I am in need o[censored]rgency. Please do me the needful and get it done earliest.
