[Resolved] PayUMoney — Merchant on PayUMoney not responding

I did a transaction on 11/11/2020 via PayUMoney payment gateway on the merchant website (hondainnovative.com) for an agriculture machine.
PayU transaction I'd is[protected]
Amount - 4199.00
Merchant has not shipped the goods. The merchant website is down and the phone number provided goes no where. Merchant is not contactable. It looks like a fraud merchant onboarded in PayUMoney. Please refund my money back.
