PayUMoney — Money debited from account but no tickets for Tajmahal online entry sent

Respected Sir,
I was booking online tickets for Tajmahal. I entered the details successfully but on payment there was a error showing unsuccessful. However the payment has been debited from my bank account card. I got an email from asimustsee.nic.in about the success of the transaction with Id. PYUOL[protected] and amount paid was 1235.94. I didnot get any email regarding the online tickets. Please do the needful and kind send we online tickets of Tajmahal by my email.
If nothing is possible I request to refund the amount back to my account. Thanking you.
