[Resolved]  PayUMoney — money debited from my account, but not received by the college.

Sir/mam,
I am siddarth pratap singh,
I wanted to summit my fee through payumney to panjab university goswami ganesh dutta snatan dharam college sector 32 c chandigarh. Account is debited but fee not paid to the college

Payment amount 2529.85

Date/time of payment [protected]:38:36.0
Failure message transaction dropped
But on the next day i submitted the fee and it was submitted. But till now i had not got the refund amount of rs.2529.85 as mentiond below the mail which i had recieved from payu money about the fail of transaction that in case my account gets debited i will be auto refund the amount,
But sir/mam i had not recieved any amount till now
Please solve my issue as soon as possible.
