PayUMoney — Money debited from My account but transaction not acknowledged. And no refund received

I placed an an order of Rs.439 on Bambooindia on 1st October 2020.
The payment failed but then I tried again and it got successful. But I received no confirmation from the merchant and neither Payu. But money stands debited from my account.

There is no way I'm being able to contact Payu.
