[Resolved] PayUMoney — money deducted and merchant said it is not received after 6 days | |||
I have made a payment for school books for my kid 6 days back. I got successful email acknowledgement and money is deducted from my account. Till date no order is received as merchant says he doesn't know about the payment. I now even miss the last date to submit books. As a end customer who has paid money i feel really stupid that we now resolve issue between merchant and these guys? I have been trying to reach out to payumoney customer care number from last 2 days. I have written them email as well. There is just auto mated reply and nothing else. My complaint ticket id #04661046 I will go to consumer court and sue them for all the mental harassment they have put me through in case i don't get any response today from them.
