PayUMoney — Money deducted but no update of order

I have order from "info.woolens "and mode of payment was payumoney. I have only received transaction id but further no details about my oder. My order was placed to "yogendra singh" . Please refund my money back. The transaction id was [protected]. Please see to it and refund my money if it's fraud or what. Otherwise...
