[Resolved] PayUMoney — money deducted but not paid to merchant henry harvin

This is about a transaction done on 16th november 2018 with tracking id[protected]. I made a payment of rs 13500 to henry harvin institution for my green belt six sigma course through payumoney portal. The payment was successful and money deducted from my account but it did not reach the merchant henry harvin.
Upon inquiry no one is taking accountability of the money received.
I want my money refunded to my account.

PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi,

Your payment via TXN id[protected] is failed. We have not received any funds for the same at our end. Banks generally take 7 to 10 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) to refund the amount back to the customer's source account. We appreciate your patience in the interim.
