[Resolved] PayUMoney — money deducted for meter recharge but voucher code not generated or send to email id

I have done electricity recharge of rs 1000 from my account of my society Vivek vihar, Sector 82, Noida. Money is debited and succcess message is displayed but no voucher code is generated.
It didn't even send any to email or phone number conatining voucher code.

It was done 30/08/2018 at 18:38PM.
I was using site https://www.payumoney.com/webfronts/#/index/vivekvihar

please, help me resolve it.

I went to the apartment electricity administration and they said, they didn't receive any recharge.
What happened to my money? My payment id is :[protected]?
