PayUMoney — Money deducted for mobile recharge but recharge not received | |||
I would like to escalate the issue on non rendering of service (mobile recharge) inspite of money being collected. I spoke to Mr.Syed, Ms.Aparna and Mr.Ankit from PAYUMONEY but they refused to help me, they say merchant has told my mobile recharge has happened and they believe merchant more than the customer. I tried to explain how there are other ways and means to check whether merchant is right or me (your customer) but they refused to listen. Infact Mr.Mohit a customer service staff from PAYUMONEY was not ready to listen and he hung the phone while I was talking. This is the state of their service. Please do not use PAYUMONEY It's a mare Rs 105 but what about faith? 1. Why you should not listen to customers version as policy (only listen to merchant) 2. Why complaint cannot be lodged when I am not happy with dispute resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||
