I made a payment for the insurance of my phone to times now global on 14th october. The money got deducted from the account but the transaction failed. The payment was through netbanking and wae via payumoney. The amount was rs. 6820 and the account no. Is 6224*0745. The ref no. Is [protected]. Please look into this matter at the earliest.
