[Resolved] PayUMoney — Money got deducted from account but not reached merchant

We have paid 1500 for challan on https://cfms.ap.gov.in/ website through PAYU money upi payment mode. Payment has been failed at gateway and challan has failed. We have received that transaction got success later 10 mins. But challani status was still failed. PAYU money is asking to reach out to ap gov but not providing any contact details. I have raised a complaint on PAYU money site but there is no response.
